Swell 3.0 is here, have you upgraded?
2021 is going to be a big year for local businesses; we can feel it, and we’ve been hard at work putting the tools together that can make growing your business a little easier. We call it Swell 3.0. It’s a single location for you to manage and grow your online presence, engage with prospects or current customers, get paid, and monitor and improve your customer experience. Yep - all of that, and we want to make sure you’re maximizing your investment in Swell.
If you aren’t familiar with 3.0 yet, here are a few things that you may be missing out on:
- Messenger (new and improved): a unified inbox where you can manage your communications with prospects and customers across multiple channels. Oh, and you can collaborate with team members, so that nothing slips through the cracks
- WebChat: a simple website plugin that turns website visitors into conversations. Use the groups feature to route conversations to the right people at the right times. More conversations = more leads = more business
- Schedule: Getting prospects to commit to booking an appointment is difficult, we take a different approach. Swell Schedule allows prospects to request an appointment on days/ times that are convenient for them, then you complete the process. Less friction for your prospects, more control over your schedule
- Pay: Still collecting payment over the phone? Or worse - are your past due balance statements getting “lost” in the mail?
