Hey there Swell users,
The last month or so we’ve pushed out some awesome and often-requested enhancements to Swell. Let’s look at some of the big ones.
We’ve had a lot of requests for this feature. You’ve always been able to send images, but you can now easily attach videos, larger-sized images, or other files to a text message sent via Swell. Simply click the paperclip icon, select the type of file you’d like to send, and voila–your recipient can either see the image right in their messages, or have the ability to open a video in their browser just by clicking the link.
Practices love this feature because it allows them to send things like welcome videos, care instructions, or other essential information to their patients through a convenient text message.
Custom Reporting Groups - Updates to our reporting allow you to add clinics or providers into unique groups that you can compare. Let’s say you want to be able to compare NPS data for clinics that are in different regions. You can now create a reporting group for each of those regions and easily compare the clinics in each region. Or, what if you want to compare all of your physical therapists across your organization. You could likewise create a group of just physical therapists that you could compare to other specialities.
Enterprise Reporting - This really amounts to a tidying up of the main Swell dashboard. When you log in, you’ll see a fresh new dashboard designed to give you the most crucial metrics front and center. These reports answer questions about online reputation, performance, patient experience feedback, integration health, and more. If you preferred the old dashboard, you can still easily access it by selecting “Legacy Dashboard” toward the top of the page.
Custom Daily Hours of Operation in WebChat - Custom daily hours of operation are now supported for Webchat and Webchat Groups. This allows offices to configure out-of-office replies tailored to their unique daily schedule, including admin time and lunch breaks. Learn more in our Webchat Settings guide.
Nexhealth Integration Improvements - Customers who manage multiple brands have more flexibility to integrate their data centrally while enabling automations across their entire portfolio.
Various bug fixes and improvements - Including better default values for review templates, a new optional status field for the Events API, and integration configuration constraints that help prevent mistakes.
Dolphin Cloud Integration -
Swell now integrates directly with Dolphin Management, enabling orthodontic customers to easily manage customized message automations for managing engagement, reputation, and patient experience.
That's it for now! Stay tuned for our next update.
